HR Business Partner | 12 Month FTC | Manchester / Remote | £42,000

Your new company

My client is a not for profit organisation with a fantastic brand who have gone through a significant amount of growth. My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them and add value to the organization whilst they continue through a period of transformation. Your new role Reporting directly to the Head of HR with a dotted line to the Business Services Director, and working alongside a supportive HR Team you will Deliver a range of people solutions and provide a high-quality HR partnering service across the organisation ensuring that the organisation continues to attract, inspire and retain exceptional talent. You will also take a lead on key projects such as D&I initiatives and transformation projects aswell as looking at process improvements including working closely with the IT team to help improve system efficiencies.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have a strong business partnering background and be able to demonstrate strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders. You will have a strong generalist understanding of the People function with knowledge of employee engagement, developing HR processes, performance management and diversity & inclusion. You will have experience of working with challenging managers to create positive business outcomes & also have experience resolving complex employee relations issues. itrent system knowledge & experience of D&I projects would also be an advantage but not essential. This is a 12 month FTC initially with a strong opportunity for the role to be made permanent for the right person, depending on business and funding decisions.
