About the role

As an organisational design and development (OD&D) consultant, we will look to you to help leaders address organisational challenges and provide Subject Matter Expert advice, support and challenge to the organisation in the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational development and change proposals. 

The role will support our Service Transformation Programme leads and will involve working together with People directorate colleagues to create the holistic people offer to enable the transformation

Does this sound like you?

You have a sound understanding of organisational design, development and experience and applying these to deliver people, behavioural /cultural impact change activities and initiatives. You have experience of planning multiple and interrelated activities and have the confidence to make evidence-based recommendations and use data to influence decision making.

You have exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand the organisation’s perspective and what influences are shaping their decisions to provide people-focused solutions.
