My client build world class, high performance and lightweight sports cars. With their Headquarters in Norfolk, they are part of the fastest-growing automotive group in the world with manufacturing facilities worldwide.
As part of their ongoing transformation, this is a newly created Head of Compensation & Benefits role in their HQ in Norwich, Norfolk on either a permanent or a 12-month fixed term contract. The operate a hybrid working policy and also have a site in Warwick. Focused on global collaboration and world-class standards, this role is critical to help deliver the required growth to meet their ambitious business plan.
As part of the senior leadership team, you and your team will be tasked with creating a cutting-edge reward strategy for the UK and Europe to complement their multi-faceted and long-term business transformation strategy. This will include salary benchmarking, benefits management, STIP's and LTIP's. You will also be expected to lead compensation events such as bonus and salary reviews whilst ensuring that policies, procedures, and processes are in alignment with the Company's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a creative and seasoned Reward professional with experience of working with an ambitious change agenda for an international organisation. Well-connected and with a strong personal brand, you will ensure the organisation is well-positioned for attracting and retaining the right talent.
You must be fully familiar with both UK and European legislation and be highly commercial to be able to align reward policy to business objectives. You will be a driven and inspirational leader with excellent project management skills and a very high degree of analytical skills, as well as an advanced Excel user.
What you'll get in return
The role can be permanent or a 12-month FTC. They offer a competitive salary, company car, 15% bonus, Family PMI, 25 days holiday, and Hybrid working. Occasional overseas travel may be required.
