Job Details

Your new company
You will be joining a prestigious higher education organisation in Oxfordshire into a small and friendly HR team who are looking for a 3rd team member to support them across the full employee life cycle. Its important to note, if you are considering this role, you MUST be commutable to central Oxford as this role is going to be office based for at least 3 days a week.

Your new role
You will take on the role of providing HR ops support to the Head of HR and the Senior Advisor, this will include managing all aspects of HR Administration for new starters and leavers, managing contract changes and amendments and end to end recruitment for live vacancies within the organisation. The role offers development, and opportunities to take on more responsibility across Employee Relations, HR Change, Organisational Design and Reward & Benefits.

What you'll need to succeed
The role is fairly process driven and would suit an organised, methodical individual who has excellent attention to detail. Our client is looking for someone who has some experience of working in HR/Recruitment already and we feel this is not the right opportunity for someone just starting out in HR, but perhaps with a years experience under their belt and lived experiences across right to work checks, working with policies and procedures and with a strong knowledge of UK employment law.

What you'll get in return
The organisation offer a strong benefits package including free parking within a 10 min walk of the city centre of Oxford, free lunches each day and a whopping 38 days annual leave per year. In addition to this, upon passing probation and mastering the basics of the role, the organisation will look to support CIPD Level 5.
