Internal Recruiter for a growing SME, Remote with some UK travel, Competitive Salary

Your new company
My client has an ambitious people strategy to complement their impressive growth agenda. Due to organisational developments, you'll be assisting with the opening of multiple new sites!

Your new role
As an internal recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing staff for their new sites opening across the UK. This will include managing the recruitment process, writing adverts, compiling CV shortlists, liaising with the recruitment manager, and ensuring the recruitment process goes smoothly. This role is primarily remote, but on occasion, you'll also be required to visit the new sites to coordinate the interview process. You will be part of a friendly team and a culture where ideas are always encouraged.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need to have a background in recruitment and be readily available to commit to a 3-month temporary role. You will also need to be able to drive and have your own means of transport.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive a competitive day rate, and any travel will be expensed.
