Our healthcare client is recruiting 2 HR Advisor positions to join their team in Canterbury & Ashford for a 6 month period. These are on a full time and part time (24 hours) basis with the option to work from home once or twice a week.
Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will provide a professional, comprehensive and timely HR service providing professional guidance and support to managers and colleagues. You will also advise and assist managers in addressing poor performance, sickness absence, disciplinary and grievance matters and any other issues relating to employment and terms and conditions of service. You will be actively involved in investigations with managers, including documentation for hearings.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience within a HR position and be at least CIPD level 3 qualified.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £33,000 plus 5% pension, 25 days holidays, flexible working, NHS discount and a cycle to work scheme.
