My client an NHS trust based in London is looking for an experienced Interim Head Of Recruitment for an initial time period of 3 months.
With hybrid working and reporting to Deputy Director of People and OD this is an excellent opportunity to make a quick impact on a team undergoing significant change.
Your key responsibilities would be to lead and manage the recruitment function help deliver the longer term strategy of creating a centre of excellence for the delivery of a wide ranging, diverse recruitment service.
The successful candidate will have substantial senior HR/Resourcing experience operating at a senior level in the NHS or large public or private sector organization.
Candidates must be available to start at short notice and have experience of working in a similar role within the NHS to be able to hit the ground running.
