Hybrid Employee Reward Project Lead

Your new role
Working within the wider HR team, you will be working within a project management team that are focusing on rolling out a new pay standard across the organisation. You will be working closely with the project manager to ensure that the project plan is kept on track and that all documentation is issued in timely fashion. Working with key stakeholders in the organisation, you will also help in reviewing other benefits and identifying potential enhancements.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who also has a background in reward / pay / benefits. Ideally you should also have experience of delivering projects and working on project plans.
