Your new company
We have an exciting new interim opportunity available to join one of our not for profit clients on an 18 month contract to support them with a large scale TUPE project that is about to happen over the next couple of months. The organisation are a really well know organisation that serve a real public purpose. They currently have about 1000 employees and are likely to be growing organically as well as this planned TUPE project.


Your new role
The role will be to work with the business and the external business to support then with all employee relations and consultations for this specific tupe project. The project is likely to be c 100 - 200 employees to transfer into the organisation and the business are looking for a candidate who had=s led on programmes of this scale previously. The business are a unionised organisation and therefor this is absolutely essential for this role.


What you'll need to succeed
Large scale tupe programme experience
unions experience
ideally not for profit/public sector background preferred although others still considered.
CIPD qualifed
