Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner working for a leading London based NHS Trust for an initial period of 3 months.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations you will be responsible for the successful delivery of both an operational and strategic HR service across your service area enabling the delivery of the Trusts objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional, strategic HR service to allocated Division/s ensuring up to date expert, consistent advice, support, and practice covering all staff.
  • Ensuring the provision of effective transactional and expert services in conjunction with other senior members of the OD & People teams.
  • Embedding good HR performance practice within the designated Division, including reporting on key workforce KPIs, and taking appropriate action.

This is a great opportunity for an experience HR generalist who is either currently working in the NHS or looking to break into the NHS market.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Business partner of working in a similar role within a complex Public Sector organisation. NHS experience would be advantageous.
