My client, a London based CCG are looking for an experienced Learning & Organisational practitioner to join their team on initial 3 months basis whilst they recruit to the substantive role.
(There will be a requirement to go into the Central London office 1 day a week.)
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is looking for an autonomous role supporting an organisation going through significant change.
Partnering with your HR Colleagues and the rest organisation you will be responsible for the full Learning & Development cycle from TNA through to evaluation.
Experience in a similar 360 L&D role is essential gained within a large complex organisation, together with the ability to hit the ground running and being able to start asap.
