Your new company
This large public sector company in central Birmingham are looking to bring on a new permanent member of the recruitment team. They are a flexible company which offer flexible hours and also remote working and hybrid working options. They are looking for an experience in house recruiter to join them as soon as possible.
Your new roleYou will be leading on recruitment campaigns, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and negotiating offers. You will be able to support with the whole candidate journey from application to them joining the organisation. You will help with design and implementation of new recruitment campaigns along with building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong in house recruitment experience previously and be able to manage the whole recruitment life cycle. You will need to be able to show experience in direct candidate sourcing and utilising appropriate technology. You will need to have experience with job boards, LinkedIn and be able to motivate others.
