HR Project Manager

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Project Manager to join a pioneering business based near Oxford, driving a number of change programmes, initiatives and system developments, designed to ensure the continued success of all staff, whilst helping to future proof the business, to achieve its ambitious goals.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and with several dotted lines into the business, this role will manage significant, business-wide projects, with the aim of simplifying processes, creating efficiencies, encouraging best practice and improved reporting & analysis, across HR, People and Culture.

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of hands-on day-to-day project prep and management activities, across major transformation projects/programmes - demonstrating the management of the life-cycle of implementation, including; design, development, go-live and post-implementation activities.

You will have extensive business partnering experience, with proven senior stakeholder management skills. You will have a high degree of self-awareness and an aptitude for managing high-profile projects, as well as an ability to develop a deep understanding of organisational requirements - helping to drive strategy and business performance / change.
