We have a new fantastic opportunity for a HR Assistant to support the HR manager and newly appointed CEO in a Healthcare organisation with a range of administrative support duties on a 9-12 month temporary maternity cover contract.
Your new role
Working alongside the HR manager and CEO your duties will include:
* Generalist HR administration
* Keeping HR and personnel files up to date
* Assisting with HR related queries from employees
* Creating and presenting reports
* Managing spreadsheets
* Assisting with recruitment
* Assisting with on-boarding & pre employment checks
* Diary management
* Appointment booking
* Minute taking in meetings
* Telephone messages
* Assisting with travel arrangements and expenses
* Website administration
This is a part time position working 30 hours across a 4 day week based in the offices in Leicestershire where free on-site parking is available.
What you'll need to succeed
For this position the HR Manger and CEO are looking for individuals who thrive working autonomously in a busy environment where flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential. You will need prior administrative experience within a HR support capacity and be a proficient user of Spreadsheets and MS office. You will be resilient, independent, positive and self-motivated and be happy taking on a range of duties to support the HR manager and CEO where necessary which changes day to day.
