Your new role
My client is looking for an experience Senior HR Administrator to join a team of three to contribute to the smooth running of the organisation's employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

* Process a high volume of the organisation's starters, movers, and leavers via i-trent
* Supervise small team projects
* Support HR Admin Team Leader with producing information for audits and reports, and with service improvements and process changes
* General HR admin - offer letters and contracts, correspondence relating to changes to terms and conditions of employment, processing of leavers etc.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will have:

* Experience with i-Trent
* Strong HR Administrative experience, ideally within the public sector
* Comfortable working with a high volume of HR transaction
* A proactive worker with excellent communication skills
