A Public Sector company based in Taunton are looking for a HR Manager. This public sector organisation are proud of their reputation and are looking for someone who can add true value to the future of this company.
Your new role
You will report to the HRD in this new HR Manager role, you will manage complex HR & L&D Projects including a training needs analysis, a career development program, look at salary scales and managing employee focus groups. This role is 3dpw based on site in Taunton (2 sites close by to each other), with 300 employees and the client will pay for a DBS.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR professional, who ideally has a strong L&D background. You will need experience managing complex projects and Employee Relation cases. Ideally you will have a L5 CIPD qualification or strong HR experience. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be a pro-active and knowledgeable HR professional.
