A Public Sector company based in Exeter are looking for a HR Business Partner, to cover Torpoint and Dawlish areas. This public sector organisation are proud of their reputation and are looking for someone who can add true value to the future of this company. 450 employees and 5 plus this role in the HR team.
Your new role
A very exciting role where you will support the business transformation with SMT's support, reporting to the HRD. You will build on what they do and all the fundamentals across the business. You will be responsible in setting up the employee forum / start employee engagement projects and write the new reward policy. You will manage the managers development program (mix of external and internal sources). Hybrid role 2-3 days in the office, HO Exeter, 40hpw, free parking and the client will pay for a DBS.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be happy to do work on projects, take ownership of HRBP area and be confident making changes and improve practices. You will need excellent people management skills and build relationships with managers. You need to be people oriented, work through processes and it is important that you are a driven HR professional. You will be hands on, resilient and able to cope with pressure. You will have a minimum L5 CIPD and client will pay (after probation) for your L7 CIPD.
