Your new company
This large and ever-growing Public-Sector organisation based in Birmingham are looking to bring on board an experienced Recruitment Administrator on a 3 month + interim basis on a day rate of £300 per day (Umbrella/LTD). They are looking for someone with 1 year + experience in an all-round Recruitment Administrator role and are ideally looking for someone who is happy to do hybrid working - remote and central Birmingham and to join the business as soon as possible!
Your new role
You will be supporting the talent partners with recruitment activities from start to finish which includes job posting, advertising, arranging interviews, on boarding and completing pre-employment checks. You will need to be able to engage with stakeholders of all levels, within the business and outside. You will offer first line support and advice when needed and make sure all queries are replied to on time.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally for this role you will have used the applicant tracking system Oleeo. You will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar Recruitment Administrator role, ideally in a fast-paced public sector organisation. You will also have used HR systems before, if possible itrent. You will need to be a strong communicator and have prior experience dealing with stakeholders.
