Your new company
You will be joining a nationally leading manufacturing and construction business based in East Anglia. This company has over 40 years of business behind them, a commitment to excellence, and a strong history of accreditation.

Your new role
Based in Norwich, the HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support to all areas of the business and develop strong working relationships with other advisors, the central team, and specialists. In addition to ensuring that all company policy and procedures are respected, you'll also be taking responsibility for all employee relations casework, ensuring that high risk cases are appropriately assessed. You'll also be providing HR support to managers and assisting in the resolution of complex issues. Additionally, you'll be coordinating, executing, and monitoring change management initiatives including both structural and role reorganisation.

Included in your duties is the management of employee attendance, probationary reviews, recruitment processes, administrative activities, and company appraisals. In addition to being a first point of contact for HR advice, you'll also lead specific HR projects alongside the support of the Senior HR Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

GCSEs in both English and Maths (C or above) are essential, but a degree in Human Resources Management or a CIPD Level 3 qualification is desired. In addition to your excellent verbal communication, your ability to write reports and detailed letters will be advantageous. Having a confident approach, good timekeeping and fantastic listening skills will ensure you fit the role.

What you'll get in return
Up to £28k, on-site parking, and an array of additional benefits.
