Your new role
Working within a heavily regulated recruitment environment, your role will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation remains compliant and has the correct processes in place to reduce risk. You will lead a small team who check candidate files to ensure that the correct documentation, right to work and qualification checks are in place before signing off the candidates for supply into customer businesses. Subject to both internal and external audits, you will lead the team to ensure they remain contractually compliant. Alongside this you will also oversee the completion of mandatory training - ensuring this is delivered on time.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced compliance professional - sector experience is not a concern. We need someone who can look at the current processes and systems and utilise your experience to improve and streamline these. You will ideally have some staff management experience and able to demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire those around you.
