HR Business Partner (Change)

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead on a high profile integration project. Working for an NHS Trust in the South East of England on a 12 month contract. You will be reporting into the Head of Human Resources and be responsible for providing the highest standard of HR advice and support to the integration programme.

Main Responsibilities

  • Formulate plans for multi-stranded organisational change consultation, adjusting plans according to operational and programme requirements
  • Advise on effective workforce planning methodologies, supporting operational colleagues in their practical application.
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Recruitment, Workforce Information and other colleagues across Partner Trusts, to facilitate change processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification in Human Resource Management, as a minimum
  • Level 7 CIPD / Master’s degree or other post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management, or equivalent experience
  • Active CPD with current evidence

Key experiences

  • Significant generalist HR experience at a senior level
  • Up to date experience of managing complex organisational change, including TUPE transfers and potential redundancy scenarios, within a unionised environment
  • Experience of workforce planning and role design
  • Successful project management experience within HR, including the design and maintenance of progress tracking documentation
  • Experience and confidence in presenting to large groups and very senior managers
