Your new role
This role is all about strategically supporting and partnering with the Directors within your business unit. You will ensure they receive an integrated HR service and support their leadership teams to ensure the organisation can deliver the very best service to their customers. You will support in the creation of the divisional people plan and also personally lead on a number of change programmes across the division.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HRBP who has strong partnering skills and can coach and influence senior management. A strong HR background, you should have a track record in a full generalist capacity. Ideally you should also have experience in delivering change plans and working strategically with senior leaders.
