Your new company
You will be joining at a truly exciting time for this not for profit scientific organisation who are going through rapid scale up at present. With circa 60 heads right now and with continued growth expected, the Head of HR is looking for a HR Administrator to support with running and delivering the HR service to the organisation.
Your new role
This is a broad and varied HR Administration role. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of Human Resources and will support the Head of HR across learning & development, diversity & inclusion, culture and wellbeing, HR operations, talent acquisition and developing HR policies. This is a people facing role, ensuring you build rapport and long lasting relationships across the organisation, you will coordinate HR activities, work with managers to understand recruitment needs and be the first point of contact for all things HR.
What you'll need to succeed
The pace of change in this organisation is rapid, its essential that you are someone who can adapt to change, keep very organised and can work in an environment that can at times be quite fluid. Due to the nature of a start up type environment, there will also be times that you will need to muck in with tasks outside of your official job description, so you must be a team player who is willing to pivot across the business when needed.
