Your new role
You'll join as a key part of the operation, taking on their demand for their none stop hiring approach. They're looking for someone to start handling their onboarding, agency relationships, handling their CV applications and will grow into a full 360 recruitment role as the company continues to grow. You'll be recruiting the data team from architects to engineers, analysts to data managers

What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of the data and tech market is preferred but not essential. You'll have the ability to manage high demand, have a proactive search process and be looking to grow within the role. The culture here is very lively and

What you'll get in return
You will be looking at a salary of 35-45k based on experience. The option of working fully remotely. They also have an office in Fitzrovia. They have an amazing culture, doing numerous socials both online and in the office.
