Your new company
You will be joining a not for profit organisation who have undergone significant change over the last few years. The HR team are a team of circa 14 people split across HR Ops, Recruitment and Payroll. The need for a HR Coordinator has arisen to support the team with vital tasks that allow the service to run smoothly, ensure staff are paid accurately and on time, and support with bringing in new talent into the organisation.

Your new role
You will work very closely with the HR Advisors and wider HR team to understand upcoming needs, taking ownership of several parts of the service as something for you to own as your own. You will work with the team to monitor the HR Helpdesk inbox, responding as quickly and accurately as possible to incoming queries from employees and managers on a variety of matters. You will also support the Talent Acquisition team with coordinating the recruitment process, the on boarding new starters and supporting with managing the process on the system (Workday)

The role will be based in the Wallingford office 3 days per week. Public Transport is limited so it would be ideal that you are a driver and have your own vehicle.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must have previous experience as a HR Administrator/HR Assistant or HR Officer. Its important you have handled confidential and sensitive data discreetly, can prioritise your workload and have excellent attention to detail when it comes to handling payroll information and people related data. You will be systems and tech savvy, the organisation use a variety of systems from Sharepoint, OneDrive, Workday, the MS Package and Teams/Zoom. Ideally you will have CIPD Level 3, but this is not essential if you have previous HR experience.
