Your new company
This great organisation based in the Wolverhampton area are looking to bring on board a HR Administrator for a minimum of 3 months to help them assist with an increase in workload within the HR team. They need this added level of support until the end of the year. The role will be hybrid working, a couple of days in the office and a couple working from home dependant on workload and diaries for that day.
Your new role
The main duties of the role will be to provide support and advice to all staff on a full range of HR and training initiatives. You will need to take responsibility for training activities, co - ordinate museum wide training and development activities for all staff. To fully contribute to the delivery of the HR/Volunteering Strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to be immediately available, be able to get to the Wolverhampton area when needed and be able to work remotely. You will also need to have prior experience as a HR Administrator to apply.
