Your new role
My client is looking for a high-calibre Resourcing Partner, to join the Group HR function, with accountability for delivering a professional, efficient and effective group wide direct sourcing model to support the Group's growth strategy. This position will be responsible for recruitment across the Group's sites in the UK and Ireland.
Your remit will be to set, implement and develop direct and indirect recruitment strategies to source the talent needed to strengthen their talent base across a range of operational, professional, commercial, administrative and managerial positions.
The role requires a highly experienced resourcing partner with a strong background built within a large, fast-growing, multi-disciplined, multi-location workforce.
What you'll need to succeed
* Significant experience required in recruiting for all levels of an organisation, from entry-level to Senior Director roles in a high growth business, preferably within a building materials manufacturing or a construction environment
* A proven track record of designing and implementing direct and indirect sourcing strategies to attract the talent needed to drive the Group's growth ambitions, including - Structured direct recruitment programmes (apprenticeships, college, under-graduate and graduate entry) - Utilising industry leading sourcing tools, tech platforms and online communities.
* Create, manage, and design recruiting infrastructure and processes, covering applicant tracking system, monthly KPIs on recruitment activities and resourcing plans
