Your new company
This great Public Sector Company based in Central Birmingham are looking for a HR Policy Specialist to join them for 9 months, 4 days a week ideally on an interim basis. The role predominantly be looking at the companies processes and review all of their current processes and procedures to identify what is working and what might need changing. This role is hybrid and will be a mix of in the central Birmingham office and also working from home.
Your new role
This role will be to rapidly review document processes, workflows, templates and practices identifying ways of improving high - quality consistency for all HR and Payroll processes. You will need to implement relevant operational changes and help to efficiently and effectively all of the processes within the organisation. You will be responsible for line management of 5 others in the team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need experience of implementing operational process change which secures quality and efficiency improvements. You will need to have expertise and understanding of employment and payroll related operations is essential.

Flexible working options available, the role is also part time and will be 3-4 days a week. It will also be remote/hybrid working. You will also get a very competitive day rate of up to £500 per day (dependant on experience).
