Your new company
This Dudley based public sector organisation are very busy at the moment and need some added support in the HR team. They need someone on a part - time basis ideally 2-3 days a week for this role which will also be hybrid working. They need someone who is help to help in all areas of HR and Administration.
Your new role
This role will be a Senior HR Administrator role/HR Officer level role. You will be helping with all general HR admin duties, updating the system, planning absence meetings and maintaining absence across the business. Your duties will very much depend on which areas of HR need help and support from day to day. You will be using the system cascade and if you have any experience with this that would be helpful.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need a few years HR experience, you will need to be immediately available or coming to the end of a contract role. You will need to be able to get to Dudley 2 days a week and be looking for part - time hours.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available along with flexibility on which days and hours you work, this role is ideally 14-21 hours. You will get 1 day a week working from home, a good salary and a role until the end of the year.
