HR Advisor job based in Rugby
Your new company
You will be working for a large and prestigious public sector company based in Rugby. They are currently going through a large expansion and are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to assist them in their next stage.
Your new role
You will be working in a small team and will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR team. This will include dealing with ER duties, overseeing the payroll, producing statistical reports, assisting in project work and liaising with Unions and senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already be working within a HR Advisor already but looking for a more interesting and challenging role. CIPD is not essential but previous experience is essential. You will also have strong communication skills and be confident in making decisions, previous ER experience is also essential.
