We are looking to recruit for a leading global law firm with a strong emerging markets focus. The business cover a wide range of client services across various client sectors.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior L&D Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Services and Legal Support. The incumbent will be required to design and deliver the firm's global Legal Support Services Professional Development and Talent Management Programmes as appropriate. This will involve building excellent relationships with internal key stakeholders as well as external training providers. This will also include scheduling, organising and administering the programmes particularly where external providers are
engaged. It is essential that the incumbent communicates effectively at all levels, works well
within a team that works remotely, has a service orientated approach and has excellent
organisational skills. The role is mainly to cover the support services function in particular secretarial services within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Professional Services experience is essential and will only be considered for this organisation something similar legal, financial services, accountancy, professional consultancy, insurance etc
Proven experience in a learning and development/training role, preferably within a
partnership/professional services environment
Experience of successfully designing, delivering, scheduling, organising and
administrating seminars is essential
A good working knowledge of MS packages and IT proficiency essential
