Permanent HR Advisor job in Manchester
Your new role
We are looking to recruit for a well known client for an experienced HR Advisor to help support their new 5 year HR strategy. The role is an exciting opportunity to join a well known organisation who are in a period of growth and have some exciting people plans. The role is a regional role and from time to time will need somebody to travel but this on occasion rather than every day out on the role. You will work with regional managers on their people challenges and the people plan and help support them offering HR Advice as well as working on HR projects such as future focus, coaching line managers, recruitment & retention, behaviours, performance management & development. The client are looking to pay up to £35k and it comes with 25 days holiday and there is a pool car to use when you do have to go out on occasion.
The client is looking for a candidate who has worked for a lager organisation in a regional role previously supporting various different sites and somebody who has experience of supporting regional managers with their different challenges for the different sites. To give an idea on the scale of this role it will be supporting approximately 2000 employees over about 300 sites.
CIPD Level 5+
Must also have multi site/regional HR experience within a larger organisation
