Senior People & Performance Business Partner – Sales & Service
London – Dynamic Hybrid Working with some travel to outer London (St Albans & Chelmsford)
C. £65,000 - £75,000 base salary plus Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Oliver Sanderson is working on a retained basis with Bionic, a Private Equity backed Business Technology provider, to source a Senior People & Performance Business Partner for their Sales and Service functions (approximately 400 employees).
Bionic is a dynamic and ambitious business which has experienced double-digit growth in the last two years, with several successful acquisitions under their belt. In 2019 Bionic was named the Sunday Times 7th Best Company to Work For, and won most Improved Employer. In the last 12 months their headcount has grown by 15% to 550 colleagues across London, St Albans, Chelmsford, and a field sales team spread nationally across the UK. By end of FY they will grow to 700 headcount.

Contributing to the growth trajectory, the Business Partner will provide crucial support to the Chief Sales Officer and the Senior Leadership teams of the various sales distribution channels to develop the people plans across the Group. You will lead the day-to-day operational people activities and have two direct reports (Onboarding Advisor and People Lead – ER). Driving transformational change to retain and evolve the culture of the business and utilising your technical HR expertise, you will design, develop, and deliver Bionic’s resourcing and talent agendas.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in a High-Performance Sales business, ideally in Technology, Telecoms, Fintech, Retail or other relevant sectors. They will also have experience in volume hiring, onboarding, and talent agenda for sales professionals working closely with the Internal Talent Acquisition team.

- Experience in the use of data analysis to derive insights that drive business performance
