Hays Human Resources are working exclusively with Miles and Barr to recruit a Learning and Design, Technology Specialist on a permanent or project basis to support with the development of their new system.
Miles and Barr are an independent estate agents who were established over 20 years ago and have since expanded to 14 offices with over 250 employees.
Your new role
The role of the L&D design and learning technology specialist plays an integral part in the L&D strategy across the business. You will support the senior leadership team by using your experience and understanding of learning and development, in creating and developing engaging blended learning solutions. You'll be involved in the development of their curriculum and supporting them in the process of clarifying learning requirements.
You will take full accountability for maintaining and administering their learning platform.
You will work to build meaningful and productive relationships with all key stakeholders, providing sound consultancy, advice, and insight in order to be recognised as a trusted business partner or advisor.
You will design and implement robust systems and processes to include effective tracking and MI tools that enable the business to identify trends, risks and to measure the impact of the L&D function against the overarching business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have previous experience of working as an L&D Business Partner or Manager ideally within a large private sector organisation. You must have experience of designing eLearning or online training with good knowledge of learning and development principles and methodologies.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £35,000-£40,000 (depending on experience) with 28 days holiday, onsite parking, pension and local benefits.
