Head of People - Reporting to Founder - Growing Tech SME
Privately owned creative tech co. with c100 employees in the UK, growing to 150 / 160 in 2022. An innovative firm linked to the crypto and blockchain markets, and thus several of their population are Data and App based tech professionals. Recognised in their field as an industry leader they have enjoyed year on year growth. Culturally they are fast-paced, dynamic and they have a flat operating structure.
As part of their journey the Founder is keen to invest in their people offering and thus hiring a Head of People on a permanent basis in London. In this role, as Head of HR you will be responsible for developing a commercial, agile people function covering all employee matters, from EVP and talent attraction to organisational design, performance and ED&I. Ultimately, you will support the business agenda via developing a best in class people function. You will be supported by a dedicated Tech Recruiter.
You will likely have worked as a Head of People / SME HRD in a growing tech firm and be skilled in supporting tech based customer groups. You will be passionate about developing a people function, be well versed in all generalist HR matters and have strong influencing and collaboration skills. You will be skilled in partnering c-suite or business leaders, be agile in approach and keep up to date with new HR philosophies.
Remuneration includes a base salary of c£90,0000 - influenced by experience - and pack. Flexible working / hybrid arrangement.
