Your new company
This large and well known public sector organisation who are based in central Birmingham are looking for an ER specialist/Consultant on a 6 month FTC basis to join the busy department of 7 other ER specialists. They are looking for someone to start quickly in this fully remote working role.
Your new role
This role will include carrying out a range of projects and casework in line with the HR priorities agreed by your line manager. You will be managing projects and tasks to achieve objectives. You will need to deliver a high quality and professional service to all HR customers. You will have a responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of effective support, advice and guidance to all employees and managers on all aspects of HR including ER, staff engagement, grievances and performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful within this role you will need to be an experienced HR and ER professional with a wide array of knowledge across all HR areas. You will need to have some public sector experience ideally within an Education or Council setting. You will need to have experience of dealing with projects and service improvements or change initiatives.
