As a global leader we understand that our success results from the incredible hardworking, dedicated and diverse people we are proud to call our colleagues. We also know that this success is down to having a brilliant HR function who ensure we remain a great place to work. Reporting to our HR Director our HR Business Partners are multi-talented, hands-on and agile HR specialists who handle the full employee lifecycle.
We may be a $9 billion global operation but culturally our UK business and HR Team are as ‘hands-on’ as we are strategic so offer a varied and interesting role that blends elements you would expect to find in a Global Corporate with whose you would see in a large scale SME – offering great development for the right person.
As such, if you have worked as an HR Generalist or stand-alone HR Business partner we'd be a great match and we’d love to hear from you. Oh…. you'd still get a competitive salary, a full company benefits package and the personal development opportunities you'd expect from a global business.
