Full-time opportunities

These new opportunities within our HR team in the Directorate of Corporate Affairs come at an exciting time in our development.

The roles are vitally important for Tricuro, supporting our vision to be an innovative organisation delivering compassionate and safe care through a well-led and motivated workforce.

Are you a HR Adviser looking for a new challenge? We are looking for customer orientated individuals who thrive in a busy generalist environment and take pride in delivering a professional service across our departments.

You should have a good understanding of employment legislation, experience of advising on sickness absence and performance management and a track record of success in either recruitment, training and development or employment relations.

We’re looking for team members with an attention to detail who are adaptable, committed to the highest standards and excellent team players, able to communicate at all levels but most importantly team members who share our values.

This is an exciting time to be joining Tricuro and these posts offer the opportunity to support that change.

We want to support our community to develop careers in our organisation, giving them the opportunity to contribute their skills for the benefit of our local population.

As the largest Local Authority Trading Company in England, with approximately 1,250 employees and an income in excess of £42m per annum, we are a major social care provider.

We are committed to the people and communities of Dorset and work hard to serve them.

Tricuro delivers a diverse range of high-quality care that supports adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health needs throughout Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We put the people we support first and work in collaboration with our partners that share our ambition to tackle the challenging issues faced by our communities and improve lives.

Closing date: 10th October 2021

Interview dates: 19th and 21st October 2021.

We welcome and encourage applications from everyone, including those currently underrepresented in our workforce such as people from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic groups.
