This leading Financial Services business a has recently undergone a significant restructure, culminating in the move of their HR systems function into the HR Operations team.

As a result, an exciting, newly created position has arisen, for an experienced HR Systems Manager to manage the team (x8), responsible for all first line support, system queries and, the development and upkeep of the HR, Recruitment and Learning systems, as well as all associated reporting.

The three systems will be your focus - working with HR senior leadership to improve functionality, maintain data, improve reporting, develop system roadmaps, ensure compliance etc etc - the role is extremely diverse! You will also collaborate with HR and IT to support existing systems and execute on projects, whilst managing and mentoring a talented team.

Suitable applicants must have excellent stakeholder management and strong knowledge of HR Systems, gained within a similarly demanding, corporate environment, coupled with expert IT skills and demonstrable evidence of team leadership. Large scale system implementation and project lead experience would be a significant benefit too.

This role is home based so, you can live anywhere in the UK. Office visits are infrequent but, some travel will be required.
