Resourcing Advisor

2-3 month Resourcing Advisor role for a Charity in London, paying £18-20 per hour.

Your new company
You will work as a Resourcing Advisor, for a Charity in Aldgate, on an interim basis for 3 months. The role is full time, 37.5 hours, and is paying £18 per hour PAYE, or £20 per hour via Umbrella. The role will interview ASAP and you must be able to start immediately/before 18th October. You will work from home 2-3 days per week.

Your new role
Reporting to a Head of Recruitment, and working within a team of 7, you will be expected to support a very high volume of roles, approx. 45 vacancies at different stages. Roles will range from Support Workers and Managers, to HR, Marketing, Fundraising, Finance and IT.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be experienced at Resourcing/Recruitment Advisor level within the public/Charity/Not for Profit sector, and must be able to use your own judgement to support managers with challenging recruitment queries.
