EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT PARTNER - GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY
Our exclusive Global FinTech client is looking for an Interim Executive Recruiter to join their team on an initial 6-month basis:
* Between £500 - 650 PAYE per day (£700+ umbrella equivalent)
* 6 months initial but right candidate will be extended
* Previous tech. experience required recruiting across Asia
* Preferably a hybrid working model but there is huge flexibility on this.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of Tech. Executive across Asia. You will be responsible for market mapping, pipelining, and direct sourcing on a global basis with a focus in Asia. You will be expected to partner with internal colleagues and manage candidates internally throughout the hiring process and simultaneously partner with other Talent Acquisition Executives. and to lead strategic initiatives in helping to develop/evolve the Talent Acquisition function. The team currently operate a hybrid working model but are very flexible on this once you are visible with your stakeholder.
Our client is looking for someone with proven experience in house managing executive hiring at senior director level across Technology including engineering platforms, etc. Equally, someone who has extensive experience within a search firm specializing in technology globally or across Asia for technology or financial services businesses would be considered. The ideal candidate will have previously supported diverse and inclusive hiring and have global recruitment experience. You will be able to demonstrate how you market mapping and pipelining to reduce agency dependency. You will be available to start a 6-month contract immediately and commit to the duration of the contract.
