I am currently working with a Construction and Development company with its offices based in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. We are looking for a Learning & Development Associate to join their Human Resources team on a temporary basis. The role will be working remotely with 1 day in the office (Rickmansworth).
Your new role
You will be delivering a customer focused L&D service to the business through the HR helpdesk and Learning Centre you will also be responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and recording of a diverse range of L&D activities.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience within an L&D environment with a particular focus on customer service, query resolution, process administration and L&D systems
* Experience of all MS Office packages in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
* Good planning & time management skills enabling the prioritisation of multiple activities
