In the newly created role of Digital Learning Lead, you’ll be developing, rolling out and maintaining professional virtual learning content with our global audience at its heart. Work together to future-proof our workforce

As a staff development champion, engaging a workforce and making learning part of the day job will be second nature to you. A natural communicator and influencer, you’ll be people focused and comfortable building relationships with everyone, from a team leader to a director High quality external communication and customer service is crucial for us. And the same applies internally. As Digital Learning Lead, you’ll blend remarkable training design expertise with an unrivalled ability to engage with subject matter experts. From finance and risk to customer service, you’ll turn tricky terminology into understandable learning content. Don’t worry, though – no technical training delivery required. Specialist subjects are handled elsewhere.
