Your new role
In this new HR Assistant role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team, that will offer you great exposure to the Industry. You will administer general administration, liaise with line managers, HRIS, supporting with payroll, L&D and many more duties that will contribute to personal development.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll have a strong desire to succeed, be proactive, positive and acquire a good level of IT skills.You will also have some experience in HR Administration support and be comfortable working with a small HR team of 3.
What you'll get in return
In return, a competitive salary of £25-£30000 is on offer. You'll also be working with a knowledgeable and supportive HR Manager who you will be able to learn from and continue to develop your skill set.
