Based in gorgeous offices in a great central London location and supporting a lively, sociable, high-performing team of staff, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day, 360 degree HR service. Initially on a 6 month contract with the opportunity to potentiall go permanent after that. Great scope for career progression.
The role will cover
- assisting with recruitment for the business and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- updating and managing HR databases
- assisting with training and induction programmes
- helping to ensure compliance and keeping up to date with new legislation and policy change
- working on projects and acting as first point of contact for HR queries
The successful candidate will need
- previous HR admin experience
- superb attention to detail
- the ability to communicate confidently with people throughout the business
- a keen desire to build a career in HR
