Your new company
This Dudley based Public Sector organisation are looking to bring on board a Regional HR Advisor who will be based at the Dudley site with some travel to the sites in Birmingham and Wales. This role is a great generalist role and will cover all areas of HR. They are looking for an experienced HR professional who can travel to Dudley on a daily basis.

Your new role
This role will include recruitment, vetting, absence management, communicating payroll changes and employee relations matters. Although this is a HR Advisor role the successful candidate must be prepared to undertake some administrative duties also within the HR remit. You will be dealing with employee relations, grievances, absence cases and investigations. You will also be dealing with HR systems and processes, doing advisory work along with recruitment and dealing with stakeholders across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must be able to travel on site to Dudley daily. You must also be happy to travel on occasion to Birmingham and Wales for this region role. You must be an experienced HR/ER professional with ideally some exposure to working within the public sector.
