Our transport client is recruiting a HR Advisor to join their head office team in Dover
Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be providing proactive, efficient and professional HR Service to all the internal customers, and to support managers in implementing organisational change and to offer advice on all employment issues.
You will also be responsible, but not limited to the following:
* Sickness absence
* Employee Relations
* Deal with HR policies
* Stakeholder management
* Learning and development
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must be CIPD level 5 with previous experience within HR. You must also demonstrate a good understanding of employment law and up to date knowledge of HR best practice.
