HR Generalist | Sale | 30-35k DOE | Hybrid Working | 6-month FTC
An exciting opportunity to join a revolutionary legal organisation. They are currently seeking a strong HR Generalist, who can manage their own workload and support their growing, fast-paced, multi-site organisation. 6-month contract minimum, to start immediately.
Your New Role
In your new role as HR Advisor, you will be responsible for advising on operationally focused HR matters across the whole business. You will be supporting with multiple sites, with occasional travel to one other office.
As 'HR Generalist', you will directly support with all HR issues, receiving excellent exposure to all aspects of the business. A main area of focus will be ER Casework, specifically; disputes, grievances and disciplinaries. However, as an experienced HR professional, you will be expected to manage all HR related matters thrown your way; from writing a resignation letter, to producing data for analysis to upskilling management.
The working environment is a fast paced, change focused environment, so previous HR Advisory/HR Generalist experience is essential, as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
What you'll need
- Previous HR Advisory/Generalist experience (ESSENTIAL)
- Experience dealing with both low level and complex ER casework
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Ability to achieve results
- Decision making/managing change
- Problem solving/planning and organising
- To be diligent, composed, professional and determined
- To be able to support occasional travel to other sites
