Your new role
As a permanent HR BP, within a fast-paced, growing HR team, you will be part of a team who are developing HR people plans, policies and procedures and bringing the infrastructure to life. This is a true generalist HR BP role, both operational and strategic and will suit you if you have ideas and creativity and enjoy making a positive impact.
Responsibilities will include:
Implementing and rolling out employee engagement initiatives.
Implementing and embedding well being initiatives.
Implementing succession planning and working with the Head of L&D and Talent Acquisition Partner, to embed Talent Management.
Supporting with Reward and Recognition incentives
Managing all ER cases from end-end.
Supporting with delivery of HR best practice training.
Overseeing the Payroll process.
Assisting with an HR System implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit you, if you are looking to step up from a Junior HR BP role, or gain recognition as an HR BP. You will ideally have some strategic HR experience, implementing employee engagement initiatives or well-being initiatives or assisting with Talent Management or succession planning. You must have experience managing complex ER cases from end-end. Experience within a commercial, fast-paced organisation, ideally a private equity organisation would be advantageous . You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
