Your new role
In this Talent Management role you will provide project management support for the Global Talent Management team with a focus on Leadership & Manager Development: partnering with other team members to create project plans, ensure progress against the plans, and uncover opportunities to connect the work of the team to the broader Talent Management team. You will lead annual cyclical talent practices including objective setting, mid year reviews, promotions etc as well as educating leaders on process and managing reporting and analysis. You will support the development of the People Managers strategy - working with the COE as well as partnering with HR BPs globally to ensure global initiatives are appropriately tailored and embedded across the 21 countries the business operates in.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience of operating within Talent Management as well as some HR Business partnering experience gained in a matrix, global financial services business.
* You will have strong and proven project management and communication skills - ability to produce high quality PowerPoint presentations and excellent Excel proficiency and the ability to analyze data. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately and commit to the duration of the maternity. contract. The role will require 3;2 hybrid work in the London office.
